**Issue Details**::

    An error is thrown when you try to click-through to later pages in
    weblogtopic_view.pt:    Error Type      AttributeError  Error
    Value      'NoneType' object has no attribute 'title_or_id'
    This happens with svn0.9.    More specifically, the expression
    python:parent.getTopicById(topic)    returns None.
