Not there yet.  Podcasting can be done with Plone 2.5, though, via the
Plone4ArtistsAudio product.

The "description" field from Plone is plain-text only.  You'd have to
customize your copy of quills to add a richtext field at the beginning
of a blog.

Note to Quills-devs: I actually think it would be a great idea to have a
richtext field available at the top of the blog for stuff like this --
I'm increasingly of the belief that rich-text fields above (and maybe
below) templates that list stuff (like Quills) is a good design pattern,
because it adds tremendous design flexibility at virtually zero
complexity.  (See, for example, David Siedband's "RichTopic" product
http://plone.org/products/richtopic.)
