As far as I can tell this isn't actually available yet.  The  
"featured sites" running podcasts are just using ATAudio for inline  
streaming and using SimpleBlog, FeedBurner and a custom portlet for  
the actual heavy lifting.  I do the same using Quills and have yet to  
write the custom portlet (things over my head tend to get relegated  
to the bottom of the to-do list, alas!)
