    That 'file:Quills/skins/Quills/topics.pt' in your traceback looks
    very suspicious.  There should be no such file in Quills 1.5,
    while there *was* one in Quills 0.9.  Can you verify that you have
    the correct version of Quills installed, and that you don't have
    any customised templates in your skins folder that could be
    overriding things?
