Quills 1.5 is an improvement on this front, but it's certainly not 
perfect.  You can delete trackback pings on a per-object basis.

It would be great if someone stepped up and tweaked Tomster's 
"manage_comments" machinery to handle trackback pings as well.  That 
way, an entire blogs-worth of trackbacks could be deleted from a single 
page.
