Did somebody just change the basics of adding products in Plone


well, Plone and Zope *are* moving away from Products towards packages and
eggs and the development of quills reflects this. i.e. it is no longer
sufficient to just dump a tar into a products folder, as it used to be.
that's life, i guess.

Now that you put it like this, i have read something about this on the
Plone-users list.
Just not realized how it would affect me.....

So where does this us Windows users leave us ?
I mean i have a Zope/Plone instance and suppose i want to install a Product
?
Is there anywhere listed how i am supposed to do this the easy way ?
I know this buildout cmd line with a thousand options on a single line is
easy peasy for the average Linux guy but i have never dealt with that on
Windows and would like to know what to do on Windows.
Without knowing to much how it is supposed to be done on Windows i don't see
this as an advancement from my perspective really.....
It looks like Zope/Plone is moving away from dual platform towards Linux
more and more with this stuff.....
