Hm.. I have seen some indication in RSS feeders pointed at my own
Quills blog recently that bumping the modification date changes order
in feed.  Maybe this is a mistake that many readers make? :/

Well, it's good to have that level of information, I think, if it's
used intelligently.  I agree if that is the case that it's the planet
that should be fixed.
