"2.0" (in terms of the collection of packages that make up quills) is, 
in some sense, "QuillsEnabled" (as distinct from the particular 
"Products.QuillsEnabled" package).  We haven't quite got are terminology 
sorted yet ;-).

Anyway, 1.6 is currently coming from the trunk(s).
