Etria Lists

After some fixes QuillsEnabled (tim2p-towards-1.7 branch) now works
(the parts of it I tried anyway). There are still a bunch of tests in  
quills.app
that fail, but the tests in QuillsEnabled run fine. I guess the tests in
quills.app should be fixed before we can say we have something stable.

I added a menu item "activate blog" to the actions menu so you can turn
a folder into a blog from there.
