yes, i promised aclark on #plone to do a 1.6b2

two hours later i was finished with the eggs and had to interrupt the  
release. but i'll finish it within the next days

the goal is that all people will have to do to install quills is to  
`easy_install Products.Quills` (or something along those lines, i'm  
still in the process of wrapping my head around eggs and pypi myself.)

at the very least, in a buildout context, all that needs to be done is  
to add one line in buildout.cfg.

so yeah, that's progress in my book ;-)
