Thanks for your attention :)

In my Plone there is product LinguaPlone 0.9.0 installed. I don't know
the connections between LinguaPlone and Quills.

Steps, that leads to the problem:
1) I add new Plone instance to my Zope.
2) I add new Quills: Weblog instance to the root of my Plone instance.
3) I click on the view tab of the Quills: Weblog instance.
4) The error occures - nothing else is being shown.

I did no localization steps.
