hi there.
I am using plone 2.5.2 with Quills 1.5. I am using PloneLanguageTool to 
choose the portuguese language. Whenever i publish one post in quills, 
it creates a folder with the year/month/day structure. Now in "March" 
that in portuguese is "Março" i get an encode error: "'ascii' codec 
can't encode character u'\xe7' in position 3: ordinal not in range(128)"

I have tried to uninstall the PloneLanguageTool and create the post, 
then reinstall the PLT and choose the portuguese language, everything 
seems fine, i mean, the archive portlet shows the "Março" correctly (i 
see in the ZMI the structure is numeric and not with month's names), 
but in the naviagation tree i have all months in portuguese except the 
03 that keeps showing in english "March".

Any idea how can i solve this.
